moviestik.com does not host, stream, upload or distribute any film, series or other copyrighted video content. We publish editorial writing about films and series, alongside metadata and images supplied through the TMDB API, and we link only to official licensed platforms.

Images and Metadata

Posters, backdrops and cast images are delivered by TMDB and remain the property of their respective copyright holders. They are used here to identify the works being discussed. If you hold rights in an image and want it removed from this site, contact us and we will take it down.

Filing a Complaint

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@moviestik.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL(s) on moviestik.com where the material appears
Your name, address, telephone number and email address
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

We review every complete notice and aim to respond within 5 business days. Material we agree is infringing is removed promptly. Incomplete notices slow this down, so please include everything above.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed content's URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
